
This Package is suitable and will assist a bulking diet however most people will need to make sure they are adding extra calories in meals outside of the 3 per day supplied by Athletes Kitchen.
This package includes 15 meals per week made up of Chicken, Steak, Salmon & Cod spread across 5 days, you will receive 2 deliveries per week to ensure maximum freshness of food.
10 meals will be Chicken based and 5 meals will be Steak and Fish (Premium) you may let us know if you would prefer to have no steak and 5 fish.

As a rough guide each meal will between 400-500 calories per meal

Order before midnight on Friday to ensure food delivery on Monday please.
Alternatively if you order Saturday until Midnight Monday you will recieve your order Wednesday morning.
