This package compliments both a cutting and maintenance diet, as you will be making your own food outside of this (Snacks, breakfast) please see calories below.
◾️ 10 meal per week across 4 weeks.
◾️ 7 meals will be Chicken based and 3 of the meals Steak or Fish (Premium).
◾️ As a rough guide each meal will between 400-500 calories.
