Purpose: CUTTING BEFORE A SUMMER HOLIDAY.
This package includes 10 meals which include Chicken, Steak, Cod & Salmon spread across 5 days for 4 weeks. (2 Per day over 5 day working week). You will receive 2 deliveries per week to ensure maximum freshness of food.
As well as the 2 meals per day you will be able to set a goal with an adviser and we can work towards it together.
7 meals will be Chicken based and 3 of the meals Steak or Fish (Premium).

As a rough guide each meal will between 400-500 calories per meal.

Order before midnight on Friday to ensure food delivery on Monday please.
Alternatively if you order Saturday until Midnight Monday you will receive your order Wednesday morning.
